Elspeth is the UK/EU Customer Success Team Lead at A2X.
With a background in Music Tech and Business studies from Edinburgh Business School, Elspeth transitioned into the software industry by working for a US-based start-up. In 2006, she returned to the UK and retrained as a bookkeeper, and has specialized in ecommerce accounting since 2009 (when she started managing the accounts for an eBay art seller).
Elspeth joined the A2X team in 2019. She is passionate about using her ecommerce accounting expertise to help UK and EU-based sellers and accountants automate complex VAT aspects of running an ecommerce business.
Outside of A2X, she enjoys the tranquility of the Somerset and Devon countryside and the lively dynamics of parenting six children and teenagers.
