What’s included in the A2X Certification Course?

The A2X Certification Course is a series of video modules that are designed to comprehensively educate you on how to use A2X – from setup, to routine bookkeeping, to advanced features.

How long will it take?

The A2X Certification Course is self-paced, but sitting down and doing it all in one go will take you around 1 hour.

Is there a quiz?

At the end of each video module, there is a quiz designed to help reiterate key learnings. You must answer the questions correctly, and you can re-take each quiz as many times as you need to.

Will I get an actual certificate?

We’ll email a badge and certificate that you can display on your website to demonstrate that you’re A2X Certified. Make sure you’re subscribed to the A2X mailing list to receive these or reach out to support and we’ll send your badge.

Thanks for taking the time to become A2X Certified! If you completed the A2X Certification Course any time before April 29, 2024, we strongly recommend taking the time to complete the new course to learn about A2X’s product enhancements and new features.

Your A2X Certification is still valid. However, we strongly recommend taking the new certification course to keep your A2X expertise in top shape.

The new A2X Certification Course will take less time to complete (est. 1 hour) and covers a number of new topics that can help A2X users better understand how to use A2X, including:

• How to navigate the new, intuitive A2X user interface

• How to easily switch between client accounts using the new sidebar navigation
