Updated Shopify Reconciliation Report: Now Automatically Pulling Your Reports From Shopify
A2X now pulls your reconciliation data directly from Shopify, so you no longer need to manually download the file from Shopify and upload it into A2X.
Just set your date range and click Reconcile. A2X takes care of the rest. This is especially useful if you don’t have direct access to your client’s Shopify store.
The Shopify Reconciliation Report compares your A2X data directly against your Shopify Finance Summary. If there are discrepancies, it identifies the specific orders causing them and flags potential reasons (third-party apps, voided orders, or changes of mind) so you know exactly where to look.
